StudioPartner Roes and Colorworld Express Problems

The problems with StudioPartner Roes and Colorworld Express on Friday 27th May 2011 were due to a number of storm cells that had passed through the New York areas.  Their failover/reroute lines were also damaged shortly after.  Our software providers then commenced a full reroute of their servers but that would take up to 24 hours to propagate around the world. By 8pm on Friday, the lines had been restored, so customers should have been working again by Saturday evening at the very latest.
