The problems with StudioPartner Roes and Colorworld Express on Friday 27th May 2011 were due to a number of storm cells that had passed through the New York areas. Their failover/reroute lines were also damaged shortly after. Our software providers then commenced a full reroute of their servers but that would take up to 24 hours to propagate around the world. By 8pm on Friday, the lines had been restored, so customers should have been working again by Saturday evening at the very latest.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause you. These type of events happen very infrequently, but we will always do our best to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
Colorworld Imaging is a Pro Lab based in the North East of England. We offer a full range of digital and film printing services as well as a large number of finishing products.
